Talking about hobbies, I can't actually describe what my hobbies are. When I say I like to read, it all depends on what book I am reading. When I say I like to watch, I don't exactly know what kind of film I am interested in. Pathetic, huh?!
Lemme tell u one story. It was about a year ago when my English teacher told me to read an English novel (the thin one of course ;) and since that time... I started to love reading novels. So, few days later, I went to a bookstore and found this:
Yeapp.. Eat, Pray, Love. One thing which attracted me much was the word "Indonesia" on the cover of its book. At first, I didn't know if this book was about to be filmed. When my sister told me so, I directly grabbed the book and took it to the cashier. My reading mode at that time was so ON. In fact.... I have only read 68 out of 334 pages since I first bought the book until now. That's why I just decided to wait until the film is launched. Take a look at the movie trailer:
Aren't you, as Indonesian, proud that our exotic Bali island is chosen to be the setting of this movie? It's not chosen actually, as this movie is based on true story. Let's just be thankful that Elizabeth Gilbert, the author of this book, had an experience in our beloved country Indonesia, so the shooting must take place in Indonesia as well. Another thing to be proud of is that our Indonesian actress, Christine Hakim, also takes part in this movie as Wayan Nuriasih. Eat, pray, love also stars the famous American actress, Julia Roberts. So, aren't you proud to be Indonesian?
I have been waiting to watch this movie since I first bought the book. Unfortunately, my heart forces me to watch rather than to read the book itself. See ya soon after I watch this movie!
